As Client Service Specialists, we are responsible for assisting the sales and client management staff by helping with group enrollment and renewal processes. We help with discussion, follow-up, and dissemination of applications to carriers. We gather missing data from groups and issues approval letters to clients. Coordinating all new and renewal business bids and proposals is also a part of our duty. We update statistics, policy information for all accounts and policies. Working as Client Service Specialists, we are responsible for assisting with renewals and new business applications. We process all incoming packages, shipments, and other documents. We organize all presentation materials. Finally, we follow up on service concerns or coordinates with the customer advocate center.
