About Client Services Assistant

What does a Client Services Assistant do?

As Client Services Assistants, we are responsible for responding to and resolving client’s queries, escalating complaints to the concerned department, and processing their service requests. We manage disputes and issue refunds as needed. Scheduling management meetings and supporting the organization’s strategic procedures is one of our main responsibilities. We ensure client satisfaction and maintain a good reputation with potential key clients. Working as Client Services Assistants, we help identify business opportunities and maintain all confidential files and compliance records. We prepare monthly reports and create tables and graphs to illustrate company records and necessary information.

Core tasks:

  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
