Client Services Engineer

We as the Client Services Engineers are tasked with the role of handling challenges of our customers for purchases of products with defaults. We coordinate clients on various project activities for efficient service delivery. We hold meetings, discuss challenges and solutions to various technical problems in our companies. We also keep updated on the quality and quantity of the commodities produced by our companies, supervise the purchase of raw materials and distribute final products to our final users. We also ensure adherence to engineers' guidelines and standards for acceptable operations. We schedule training, organizing platforms to answer our customer’s inquiries.
