What does a Client Support Analyst do?

As Client Support Analysts, our primary tasks include assisting clients with troubleshooting issues, providing information about services and products, and ensuring customers receive timely and effective solutions. We use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage client interactions and inquiries.
