About Client Support Associate

What does a Client Support Associate do?

As Client Support Associate, we provide outstanding services, ensure client satisfaction, participate in client development and retention programs. We deliver product training and presentations to clients, address client inquiries about products in a timely fashion, and identify new business opportunities with client contacts. We analyze client concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions, develop process improvements to achieve service goals. We maintain a current database, organize meetings and teleconferences to strengthen client relationships, obtain client feedback and make recommendations to meet or exceed client needs. We log and track all customer calls, generate client service reports for management, develop best practices to improve service quality and productivity.

Core tasks:

  • inform customers about new product developments and enhancements
  • stay up-to-date about company products and services
  • address customers inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion
  • analyze customers concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions
