As Clinic Directors, we lead the interdisciplinary team. We are responsible for driving the achievement of performance targets, customer service, budget, and quality assurance goals. We play a lead role in developing a positive clinic culture. We operate among the leadership team at the Up Center. We interface regularly with other clinic partners. We conduct data review and strategic implementation meetings. We support the achievement of clinic service and staff performance targets. We drive collaboration with the clinic team to achieve the delivery of mission service. We plan and oversees all tasks associated with the recruitment, onboarding, evaluating, and discharging of all clinic staff.
