About Clinic Nurse

What does a Clinic Nurse do?

Being Clinic Nurses leaves us with the opportunity to work closely with physicians to provide patients with both short and long-term care. Our primary role is to provide care to patients in the healthcare facility. We collect patient’s information and assist in their treatment procedure. We interpret the physician’s report and administer medications as prescribed by the physician. As Clinic Nurses, we shoulder the burden of enlightening patients on how to cater for themselves after treatment elapse. We establish a smooth relationship between physicians, the patient and the patient family.

Core tasks:

  • work closely with physicians and other healthcare specialists to deliver the required care
  • we record the progress of patients to treatment
  • administer medication as prescribed by the physician
  • educate the patients on their condition and how to prevent reoccurrence
