What does a Clinical Nurse do?

As Clinical Nurses, we provide advanced consultation and patient care services. We optimize services and care plans through the thorough supervision of the nursing staff. We perform efficient health assessments and develop specialized treatment plans accordingly. Working closely with specialists and doctors, we provide long-term and short-term care to patients. Supporting staff while they deliver patient care services is an important factor in our duties. We ensure that facilities and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained. We keep an open channel of communication between the patients and health care providers. Clinical Nurses ensure all privacy laws are adhered to.

Core tasks:

  • carefully observing patients during initial and follow-up consultations
  • administering treatment and medication
  • allocating resources and staff members where they are required
  • consulting patients and their family members on the best way to handle their condition
