What does a Clinical Program Manager do?

As Clinical Program Managers, we work in an organization to provide supervision in clinical affairs. We supervise the development, coordination, and implementation of clinical activities for the recent projects. As Clinical Program Managers, we assist in clinical development strategies and oversee the clinical affairs staff. Our coordinators include associates and project managers. We supervise and guide Clinical Affairs associates and coordinate schedules, policies, and standards with directors. Creating and executing clinical milestones is also our job.

Core tasks:

  • organizing and supporting clinic team meetings
  • attending and leading the scheduled team and staff gatherings
  • participating in team and center special occasions as needed
  • contributing to the designing and implementation of the Centre's rules and processes
  • maintaining up-to-date professional expertise through formal training
