About Clinical Project Manager

What does a Clinical Project Manager do?

As Clinical Project Managers, we are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. We coordinate activities among functional departments and ensure deliverables are on time and on budget. We administer all clinical trials and participate in all operational team meetings. Designing agendas for meetings and preparing summaries for them is one of our main responsibilities. We monitor all internal and external resources and ensure optimal utilization of plans. Working as Clinical Project Managers, we analyze project development plans and ensure computability into project implementation. We also monitor all material labeling for clinical trials and ensure compliance to project timelines.
