About Clinical Specialist

What does a Clinical Specialist do?

As Clinical Specialists, we are tasked with regularly liaising with internal departments to educate them on the clinic’s product features and functionalities and how to identify potential buyers and schedule meetings to meet with exterior vendors. We also accommodate the schedules of healthcare professionals by taking into account their appointments to pitch the product features and presenting their functionalities while using applicable medical terminology to position themselves as experts. We maintain and foster existing customer networks and update on new upgrades or new product lines.

Core tasks:

  • conduct post-sale training sessions to sign new clients
  • analyze competitor products to identify new opportunities
