Clinical Supervisor

Working as Clinical Supervisors, we are responsible for the supervision of a clinical team. We serve as a resource for staff and provide team leadership. We are responsible for directing the care of patients and facilitating workflows. We provide supervision of clinical staff. We also ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. We make staff assignments and create schedules. We monitor counselor’s compliance with productivity requirements. We develop an improvement plan when requirements are not met. We ensure the quality of patient care.

Core tasks:

• conduct treatment plan reviews as needed
• perform chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff;
• assess the level of care for patients
• participate in reviews
• ensure adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• assist with the recruitment and hiring
• train clinical staff
• ensure professional and ethical conduct by clinical staff
• perform other duties as assigned
