About Clinical Systems Analyst

What does a Clinical Systems Analyst do?

As Clinical Systems Analysts, we develop, design, and install computer systems, databases, and software to store every clinical data while working with Security Experts to ensure that the data is encrypted and safely secured. We also ensure that the clinic’s database is properly censored by deleting any personal information on patients such as their picture, name, and address to secure their anonymity. We process clinical data by performing data entry, filing, and verification of each dataset in accordance with the clinic’s established best practices.

Core tasks:

  • coach the hospital staff on how to use new software
  • collect relevant data for future analysis
  • perform regular system update based on the latest development
