We are looking for an amazing Clinician/Physician Recruiter to be part of building our Talent function. You'll recruit physicians and advanced practice clinicians. You are passionate about the hunt for the ideal candidate, and you enjoy finding creative and innovative ways to connect with people.

    What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy to recruit a range of diverse candidates in limited talent pools by driving a business plan, building research, developing industry profiles, networking and sourcing
  • Manage efficient and fast-paced full-cycle recruiting to support our growth plans while focusing on providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Engage and partner with business leaders in order to understand their talent needs
  • Develop recruitment materials to increase our employment brand awareness among potential employees
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and workflows in applicant tracking system while ensuring data integrity, and providing weekly updates to hiring managers and head of function
  • About You

  • Prior experience of 2+ years as a Clinician/Physician (MD, DO, PA, NP) Recruiter in a fast-paced environment, including deep sourcing experience in a variety of resources
  • Success building robust candidate pipelines and improving recruiting processes
  • Strong organizational, analytics, and multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, and relationship building skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Flexible with the ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced work environment
  • A self-starter, strategic thinker who is results driven

    Carbon Health was founded in 2015 to provide a more comprehensive care experience by integrating doctors, medical staff, pharmacies, labs, insurance providers and specialists, allowing users to receive follow-ups on their treatment plans, assistance managing prescriptions and easy access to lab reports all through a single mobile app.

    TASKS

    • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
    • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
    • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
    • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.

    • Administration and ManagementKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
    • ClericalKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
    • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
    • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
