What does a Cloud Operations Engineer do?

As Cloud Operation Engineers, we are responsible for the development of processes to manage operations. We make sure to provide help in technical standards development as well as in architecture development. We take care of the hands-on technology and business services for operations and delivery of cloud offerings. Managing cloud services, problem management, as well as routine updates of services is one of our main responsibilities. We make sure timely liaison with vendors, including problems, fixes, as well as required enhancements. We also create as well as maintain strategies regarding cloud infrastructure as well as cloud services. Finally, we oversee and direct the timely evaluation and implementation of new software products.
