After that it merged with the Metropolitan Accident Company and moved to Chicago with its headquarters based in Illinois.As of 2018,it is the seventh supreme commercial insurer in the United Statesand offers a wide range of standard and specialized property and casualty insurance products and services for businesses and professionals,backed by 120 years of its experience and more than $45 billion of assets.The company also has interests in offshore oil and gas drilling rigs,natural gas transmission pipelines,oil and gas exploration,hotel operations and package manufacturing.The vision of CNA is to offer more than just a policy and to deliver distinctive insurance solutions and promises a superior customer experience.The most valuable resource of the company is its people along with that it offers tools and risk strategies to help them manage exposures which are related to its employees,customers and other individuals involved in any business operations.
