As CNC Administrator - JDE, your essential job functions will include the following CNC operational activities:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience as a CNC Administrator

  • Responsible for JDE 9.1 EnterpriseOne maintenance and performs day-to-day support, administration and problem resolution. Included in this is the support of Windows/iSeries platforms and F5 load balancing.

  • Create, maintain, support, and deploy JDE Enterprise One environments and packages.

  • Work closely with Infrastructure team to manage updates and testing across E1 server environment.

  • Administer OMW which includes installation, setup and project promotions.

  • Work with Operations team for server and client package builds and deployments.

  • JDE Administration of security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring.

  • Create and manage environments, path codes, and instances.

  • Monitor and manage application system performance and availability.

  • Provide end user support.

  • Work with IT Governance, internal and external auditors.

  • Keep current with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components.

  • Recommend new best practices to improve performance and minimize risk.

  • Create standard operating procedures for routine tasks.

  • Work closely with JDE Development Team and IT Operations.

  • Perform quarterly reviews and audits of JDE user access rights and object ownership authorities and determine appropriateness testing with input from the Business Analysts.

  • Work to develop a support team for JDE CNC services and cross train for backup coverage.

  • Maintain and update Disaster Recovery procedures along with regular testing of E1 fail-over / fail-back scenarios.

Other Duties as Assigned.Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience of 3 to 6 years in a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of the JDE Enterprise One Technical Foundation tools and CNC functionality.

  • JD Edwards 9.0 / 9.1 is considered a plus.

  • Excellent technical knowledge, aptitude and experience in the areas of server administration, networks, workstations, JDE application software and troubleshooting / problem solving.

  • Experience with AllOut Security is considered a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of systems including IBM iSeries, Windows Server, SQL, and WEB environment.

  • Experience in working within a team environment with strong work ethic.

  • Must be able to work with changing deadlines and aggressive priorities, in a fast-pasted high-growth business environment.

Job Summary:Performs a variety of duties to support assigned health care professionals such as scheduling, handling phone calls, greeting customers and correspondence.
