As Co-Managers, we are responsible for improving the organization’s performance, oversee financial transactions, and update employee records. We recruit and train staff and identify business growth opportunities. We oversee work operations, track performance targets, and prepare annual reports. Performing duties of manager and managing all communication with associates is one of our main responsibilities. We coordinate with vendors and prepare an effective invoice for all account payable systems. Working as Co-Managers, we prepare and ensure compliance with all employee handbooks and policies. We also analyze staffing requirements and make adjustments to provide optimal quality of work.
