We work closely with them to improve their performance and play a massive role in encouraging underrepresented groups or young people to partake in the sport. We evaluate performance and provide timely feedback, balancing criticism with positivity and motivation. We also assess participants' accounts' strengths and weaknesses, identify areas for further development, and plan and implement suitable training programmers.
