CODE 2040 is a non-profit Organization Management that is headquartered in San Francisco, CA and it is recognized as a community of Black and Latinx technologists and their allies who are modifying and exclusively diversifying technology for the betterment of the economy to make it more equitable, inclusive, and prosperous. Founded in 2012, CODE2040 shows exceptional service with the help of high-impact direct service programs, rapid in-person and online community engagement along with the exchange of knowledge, the company truly empowers and brings mobility in diversity across the industry. The basic mission of the firm is to ensure that by the year 2040, the year when the US will be a country that will be majority people of color, Black and Latinx people are fully and dedicatedly represented in the country and are provided with the desired economic and social capital needed to strive, attain success, and also to build generational wealth.
