Collabera Company Reviews and Ratings
Project manager for Bank Of America
Los Angeles, CA - March 28, 2025
I worked downtown Los Angeles data Center. There was some homeless people underneath the bridge when I would do a walk during the afternoon with coworkers. Typically, inside of the data center it was very friendly and they had a cafeteria for employees which was very nice and comfortable.
Pros and Cons
Friendly office and supportive team members to work with.
Homeless people outside near the bridges when you walk

1 year contract. was informed they wouldn't be renewing 3+ months prior to contract complete, informed the company, who decided NOT to start searching for other placements, 2+ weeks after contract complete I finally get a call stating that they were starting to search for my next assignment. this could have been done before the contract expired so I could transition seamlessly, but apparently helping their employees is pretty low on their priority list.
Pros and Cons
my co-workers were phenominal, good natured people.
difficult at best to get any answers from HR, or office staff

I was told a 6-8 month contract and then I'd sign over to HP directly, but that didn't happen, in fact some people have been there almost 4 years without an opportunity to move over, so there is zero PTO, absolutely no benefits, and the pay isn't anything significant, I can work fast food for nearly the same wage. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Pros and Cons
They will never acknowledge anything you do well
The entire company is terrible
