We maintain records of all customer's past payments to see if they pay in time and help customers prepare payment schedules. We ensure there is a regular follow-up on all loan repayment agreements and analyze all customer accounts to identify dormant ones. We also analyze results for all collection processes and develop strategies to reduce all collection losses.
