The parent organization is Account Control Technology Holdings, Inc. Dale Van Dellen is the founder/Chairman of ACT. The Chief Executive Officer is Mike Meyer. ACT delivers services in consultative debt recovery, handle legally enforcement claims, portfolio management services, and other business process outsourcing services for industries related to consumer finance, education, government, telecom, utility service facilities, and more.

Each call is unique…you'll never get bored!* Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:* High School diploma or equivalent* FDCPA knowledge preferred* Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills* Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude* Ability to problem solve and multitask* Willingness to maintain confidentiality* Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. TASKS

  • Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
  • Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment.
  • Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
  • Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
