We, collection technicians, are responsible for contacting clients and customers and collecting outstanding payments from them. Our primary job is to maintain a trustful relationship with our clients and manage to get the payments on time. Our job duties include resolving customer billing issues and reducing accounts receivable wrongdoings. We work under the supervision of the collection supervisor and we have to report them about all records. Our other duties and responsibilities include reviewing open accounts for collection efforts and providing timely follow-up on payment schedules.
