Coming from a place with no health benefits and a salary that didn’t help me pay my bills at all, I must confess that the base salary package here is pretty decent,nobody should get too greedy and wait a year because the pay raise helps even better

Came from a place where I was stuck at the same postion for 4 years and here,I had a promotion just after 12 months so the pormotion chances are there and grabbable, you just have to make yourself worthy for one and its not that hard if you ask me 😀

If you ask me, yeah it was hard for me to go with the flow in the start but with time I learned to manage the time, shortened the time for things that didn’t need that much of time and now I always have time for my job, family and myself
