I started out at a full time emoyee, it was great felt like i was a part of a team. Then i had to switch to part time when my child's father was deployed to Poland , then it was like an outcast. My supervisor stopped speaking to me , unless he absolutely had to. Clearly i was not considered valued or wanted.

Pros and Cons
Pay is good
Poor communication, employees are not valued unless they work 60 hours a week
