Will hire loads of workers, dump them after a few weeks. Unprofessional supervision, personal problems outside of business brought in with nasty attitude to match on a daily basis. Little regard to welfare of employees, as they are driven and not led. Phony environment of empty promises and lack of concern for one's progress. Regularly lied to concerning one's status or disposition. Not open to constructive concepts or new approaches. Ignorant when asking for direction, unwilling to spend any extended amount of time to help guide and direct one to become successful and independent. Problems and issues arising naturally eventually warrant an early dismissal for incompetence, even with some of the diligently dedicated apprentices.
