What do I have to do to get promoted early?

we were expected to complete the work necessary during our 8 hour day. Sometimes the workload was large, sometimes it was light. A bonus structure was set up, which was an incentive.

Great People, great managers. Company itself is a little unstable. Within one year I went through 4 Lay off rounds. Once they can stabilize that aspect, this is a great company to work for.

I recommend working with CHM as a place to start for administrative work. There is some room for growth, but you have to learn quickly and be adaptable to ever changing work environments and deadlines.
