About Commercial Manager

What does a Commercial Manager do?

As Commercial Managers, we are responsible for managing and supervising the overall commercial performance for each project while developing new commercial strategies and lead contractual negotiations. We also meet and negotiate with outside surveillance and security agencies to install new CCTV cameras, alarms, and hire guards to protect the commercial premises. We ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the contract’s specifications while minimizing costs and maximizing quality.

Core tasks:

  • pro-actively contribute to value management and value engineering projects as needed
  • provide accurate cost and time estimations
