About Commercial Real Estate Agent

What does a Commercial Real Estate Agent do?

As Commercial Real Estate Brokers, we are actively involved in the sale, purchase, and lease of property on behalf of professionals usually for commercial purposes. We are quite different from the Real Estate Agent, in that we are licenses and lawfully allowed to run our own estate business, whereas the Estate agents must work with us. We must possess a state licensure to be fully recognized, vast knowledge in property related laws, legal guidelines, and procedures as it concerns the acquisition and sale of nonresidential property.

Core tasks:

  • drafting legal documents and transaction contracts
  • assist buyers and sellers in finding suitable non-residential property and discovering potential buyers respectively
  • act as a middleman between the buyers and sellers, overseeing the transactions from the get-go to the final acquisition
  • provide legal advice to clients on prevailing market conditions
