What does a Commercial Sales Representative do?
As commercial sales representatives, we promote companies in selling a variety of products and services to businesses and other organizations, as well as providing product reports as necessary. We are in charge of communicating a company's product advantages to increase sales. Commercial sales representatives are the source of touch with a company's potential customers. We are responsible for a variety of tasks, including identifying and informing potential customers as well as providing information and assistance to current customers about goods and services.
Core tasks:
- quoting costs and credit policies, tracking orders, and scheduling supplies
- reporting consumers responses and specifications to suppliers and producers
- following up with clients to ensure compliance with delivered products
