About Commissioning Agent

What does a Commissioning Agent do?

As Commissioning Agents, we are responsible for monitoring project tasks to maintain the budget and scope of work. We complete all the written work submitted to the client and maintain contact with them during the project. Organizing and maintaining project files and scheduling the commissioning process activities is one of our main responsibilities. We develop commissioning plans and direct and coordinate commissioning activities in a logical and efficient manner. Working as Commissioning Agents, we perform site visits and observe component system installations. We also organize and conduct team meetings to plan schedule activities and resolve problems.

  • recommend approval of various operations
  • maintain and update testing record files
  • ensure compliance with the project requirements
