They do have the vacation days benefit along with many other benefits, I can confirm that andt they be approx 4 weeks long for the 5 year or older emloyees 😄

Well if that’s the case with your friend,its either he works over time or he works without thinking, tell him to make a timetable and watch his life change, my time for hobbies was slightly disturbed in the start as well but I was told this timetable thing by a friend and things have never been the same for me ever since then
