About Communications Coordinator

What does a Communications Coordinator do?

As Communications Coordinators, we develop communication materials, including organizational announcements, talking points, presentations, written strategy updates, and strategic social media content. We also develop and maintain the CSG sales content for internal amplification while assisting in the production of communications events and forums, such as quarterly town hall meetings, manager meetings, and team member roundtables. We drive team member engagement by ensuring effective communications to promote a collaborative, connected, and inclusive culture.

Core tasks:

  • collaborate with senior communications colleagues, business partners within CSG Sales
  • identify communication opportunities and deliver planned and ad hoc communication
  • ensure that privacy and security obligations are met
