As Communication Directors, we are responsible for managing media relations and developing contacts with media members and community leaders. We lead a team of marketing and design professionals. We assist in the creation of digital and video print content. We oversee external and internal messaging and manage staff who work in public relations. Establishing and driving a multi-channel communications strategy and preparing and managing communication materials is part of our daily responsibilities. We develop a brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms. Working as Communication Directors, we track engagement across various platforms and manage presence at industry events. We also create a budget for the communication team and ensure compliance.
