As Communications Operators, we are responsible for managing incoming calls and transferring them as required. We answer questions and direct communications to appropriate individuals. We organize telephone directories and arrange conference calls between fellow co-workers and clients. Scheduling meeting rooms and appointments among staff and clients are one of our main responsibilities. We update telephone directories and create and proofread documents. Working as Communications Operators, we process packages and other incoming mail and deliver outgoing mail to the post office. We also accept orders, receive faxes, and maintain records of media coverage.
