About Community Associate

What does a Community Associate do?

As community associates, we manage different projects. We also develop effective outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness. Tracking member engagement and creating engaging content are also our duties. Our responsibilities include supporting the creation and dissemination of business communications to different communities. We build and maintain robust relationships with key segments of the community. Some of us create and sustain strong relationships with different internal stakeholders on marketing and customer operations.

Core tasks:

  • developing and testing tactics of community engagement, iterating on and documenting processes as required
  • planning and leading virtual events of different sizes, including launch events, happy hours, webinars, and web conferences
  • providing logistical and operational support for user and beta tests for the community
