What does a Community Case Manager do?

As Community Case Managers, we are tasked with managing sensitive cases, including poor or violent families within the assigned community. We immediately contact law enforcement following neighbor’s or school’s reports about domestic abuse directed towards the kids or one of the partners. We also advocate on behalf of the children and provide them with in-house lawyers to protect them from their abuser. We place the children in certified foster homes or with infertile parents after confirming and double-checking their background checks.
