As Community Engagement Coordinators, we support the planning, execution, communication, and evaluation of the company’s community engagement. We oversee the coordination of responses to incoming requests through the community relations mailbox and submission platforms to facilitate responses to inquiries, sponsorship, and donation requests. We also coordinate tasks related to community, sponsored events, and initiatives by proactively identifying new opportunities for continuous improvement in those events according to our customers’ preferences. We regularly update the community engagement dashboard using data and metrics to evaluate and demonstrate the impact made through the company’s community engagement.
