At Partners in Primary Care, we’re seeking innovative people who want to make positive changes in their lives, the lives of our members, and the healthcare industry as a whole.The Community Engagement Supervisor, plans and executes marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications. Responsibilities + The Community Engagement Supervisor works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach. + The Community Engagement Supervisor plans and organizes local marketing and sales programs. + Acts as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams. + Gathers and reports customer intelligence to sales teams. + Decisions are typically are related to schedule, plans and daily operations. + Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and supervises a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. + Ensures consistency in execution across team. + Holds team members accountable for following established policies. + Serve as regional coordinator of community events for sales and marketing + Manage the deployment of national programming of activity rooms + Manage the deployment of national programming of community events + Manage the performance of conversions and retention for their assigned territory + Manage education and retention of patients + Lead conversion of existing patients + Lead procurement of all local promotional items and materials Required Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree + 4 or more years of technical experience (Proficient in MS office and Word) + 2 or more years of management experience + This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications + Prior health insurance industry experience + Prior community outreach experience Additional Information Interview Format:As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called Modern Hire Voice to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.
