It also offers Special Services through Chiropractic Care, Health Weight Management, Pediatrics, Podiatry, HIV/AIDS Management. Research & Innovations, and allow Students and Trainee Opportunities, Post-Doctoral, Psychology Residency Program, are a few among the exclusive programs offered at Community Health Center. Community Health Center is based in the city of Connecticut, United States. The health center has 33 mobile locations and 26 locations based in various schools across the states. The Health Center's core mission is to transform health centers in communities with world-class facilities, attain clinical excellence, make research & innovations, and also give training to young Health practitioners.
