Community Health Network (CHN) is a non-profit health system which is ranked among the nation's most integrated healthcare systems and has more than 200 sites of care and affiliates throughout Central Indiana. The people at the CHN are deeply committed to the patient’s care and each day they strive to improve health and well-being in the communities which they serve.
