Restoring optimism after 1985 and transforming lives. By offering shelter and community programs, helping people, including veterans, and their families, resolve mental illness, addiction, homelessness and poverty. It was founded in 1985 by concerned families of young people whose lives were affected by extreme depression and other crippling mental disorders. It is a non-profit organization. In 2001, the residential facilities and community services were extended to include displaced veterans dealing with mental health challenges and trauma caused by war. Apart from this, it provides various benefits for the team such as medical and dental insurance, paid and flexible leaves, and retirement plans.
