About Community Manager

What does a Community Manager do?

As Community Managers, we are responsible for engaging potential customers and building relationships with them. We liaise between an organization and its audience. We act as the tone and moderator of the brand through community support and digital engagement. We manage the online voice of an organization to create brand awareness. Aligning the company’s communications and marketing content to create a strong brand identity is one of our main responsibilities. We develop a content plan and create engaging content for all platforms. Working as Community Managers, we engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests. We analyze web traffic and implement community communication initiatives.
