What does a Community Support Worker do?

As community support workers, we ensure that vulnerable people are safe, happy, and healthy. We also visit all the sick people to ensure that they are happy and are enjoying a quality life. Also, we organize social activities and encourage people to participate in them. In addition to this, we extend our help to the people who are in need and ensure that the rights of the disabled members are protected.

Core tasks:

  • supporting the people in fulfilling their responsibilities
  • monitoring the health of the people and providing them with medical treatments
  • keeping accurate and up to date record of the patients
