Great environment with the client interaction and mission. Felt like we were making a difference. The leadership of a compass was different- not genuine or authentic. Very political approach. Recommend them but only based on the client or account. That is the driving factor for job satisfaction.

The Sector Bon Appetit within Compass Group is a great company to work for and has allowed me to grow without changing companies. Each direct report was an outstanding mentor to get me ready for the next succession in my career.

I've been working here for 2and1/2 months and ive meet alot of wonderful people my supervisor and leaders are real nice and helpful they help you figure out a easier way so you dont get overwhelmed my co-workers are nice to they treat me like family and alot of the people ive met in my building are real nice and compliment me every chance they get

I was hired as an AGM but really treated like a cook. The GM expected me to cook 4 days a week eventhough there were 3 hourly cooks on staff. The shift was 3pm to 3am. I was promised specific money and professional development during the hiring process by the GM. The GM never delivered then blamed HR for not being able to deliver.

I filed complaints of disharmony w/ corp & currently have an open EEOC investigation in place due to the mistreatment, hostile work environment, & retaliation I endured

Terrible place to work. Management lacks management skillset! They set people up for failure. Slave driver mentality. Do not respect employees. I strongly discourage ANYONE for working for this company

Rarely every have anyone to cover for another employee to take a week vacation out of a whole year .

The co workers were great Management was ok For the condition that everyone was working under I believe they deserve more pay

The work was crazy and exciting each and everyday! I had three Food Service areas and they were hoping all the time, also had entire plant to cater.

Worst company to work for, they have no compassion or empathy for anyone. Just concer about themselves and making money.

I have been working at this location for four years now. The job is OK however I have to do everything by hand. The job is a treadmill.

I worked for Compass for 35 years, a very positive experience. Compass hires excellent managers and supervisors who realize customer service applies to dealing with associates as well, after all hourly associates make the magic happen.

I worked for this company for 12 years and never once felt like I was more than a number. I was lied to many times.
