About Compensation Analyst

What does a Compensation Analyst do?

As compensation analysts, we assess the salary and remuneration plan by examining the employee experience and responsibilities. We decide on the remuneration package for the employees by giving prime importance to the financial position of the company. We even design the benefit plans for the newly hired employees and keep an eye on the benefits plans of the other employees. Our job role also requires us to advise the management regarding the employees the company affords to hire.

Core tasks:

  • ensuring company’s compliance with laws and regulations
  • managing the salary structure
  • certifying that the company’s remuneration plans are reasonable
