About Compensation and Benefits Manager

What does a Compensation and Benefits Manager do?

As Compensation and Benefits Managers, we plan, develop, and oversee programs to pay employees. We set the organization pay structure and supervise the work and activities of employees. We compare other company's wage rates that are competitive to develop or modify our compensation plans. We also make sure that the compensations and benefits comply with the federal regulations. We prepare the government budget and make sure that we operate within that budget so as not to undergo a loss. We also choose and manage outside insurance brokers and investment managers for the company.

  • supervise staff activities
  • set the organization pay structure
  • renew the company’s compensation plans
  • report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
