While I worked for Compucom, I traveled to a few Lowes stores across middle GA, providing technical support and doing rounds checking the equipment in their company van. I found they were very supportive and helpful. I also liked that our team had group messenger that we all could tap into to ask questions and communicate. It wasn't a bad company to work for at all especially if you don't mind working independently.

Pros and Cons
indepent working, company van, Great team support

Learned a lot, but had very little Upper Management support. Management reviews are written but do not really tell the employee on how to improve.

Pros and Cons
If you are new to IT there is Training and you can work remotely
No salary increases for the past 4 years, Compucom is owned by Office Depot and is about to be sold

It's a very nice place where you can find professional development and parterns's collaboration. I was invited by an extraordinary person who thaught me teamwork in a deeper way, it's a very demanding job but it keeps you aware and updated in the newest technologies. I found lots of people who gave us their best advices and tips as we could do a better job under tough circumstances. Definitely a place where you want to go back...

Pros and Cons
Benefits, stability, professional enviroment
