As Concession Attendants we are responsible for preparing food and drinks for customers. We work majorly at concession stands, snack bars, and cafeteria at different locations such as stadiums, fairs, theaters or other public venues. Our work schedule includes putting food into carryout containers, taking payments, and cleaning the counters and workspace. We also engage in improving customer experience by having quality conversations with them and serving all their needs and inquiries. We achieve our roles through employing good communication skills in our dealings with customers, as well as accurate math skills in order to deal with the technical and financial aspect our work duties. We work mostly as a team to improve workflow and support fellow workers.
